Global Tenants and Buyers (Guests)

"Register as Guest" so that you may have  direct contact with seller or landlord. 

Note: If you are dealing directly with the owner or landlord, there are no agency commissions for either party. Fees with real estate agents may differ, clarify before hand. 

Global Landlords and Owners and Real Estate Agents (Members)

On sign up, realestate.goto.mu will  credit your account with MUR 5,000  (or equivalent in our indicative currency exchange) and  1 free advert/listing  to sell or rent your property! You will be credited an additional MUR 5,000 if your 1st listing is 70% completed. That is a total of MUR 10,000 . Watch our video "You own a property to rent or sell in 2021?" for more information. Real Estate Agents

If you are a real estate agent "Register as Member". Your profile should clearly show that you are an agent and each listing should communicate your conditions. 

NOTE: Make sure you choose either Guest (tenants/buyers) or Member (landlords/owners) to access the right interface. 

On registration, you will be sent an email. Check your junk or spam mail to confirm membership.

Registration is easy and takes just a couple of minutes.
